Title : Comparative Effectiveness and Safety of Topical Methimazole 5% Monotherapy versus Combination of Q-Switched Nd: YAG Laser and Topical Methimazole 5% in Patients with Refractory Melasma

I am Dr Amir Mohammad Beyzaee, a medical graduate (MD) and researcher from Iran. Since 2020, I have worked in several health care centers as a GP (general practitioner) and head of the health care center; and I have gained significant practical knowledge. As a researcher, I have been working in the dermatology field since 2018 and have worked on several research projects (15 publications, h-index: 3, citations: 31). I am a member of editorial team of Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology (Online ISSN:1473-2165, IF:2.3) as an Associate Editor; and master of research and academic writing. I have complete fluency in English and relative fluency in the French language. I would be glad to cooperate with other researchers all over the world.

Georgios Stamatas has more than 25 years of international experience in the Health Care industry. He is passionate about discovering actionable scientific insights, focusing on the understanding of skin physiology and the effects of topical skin care products. He is leading efforts in pioneering work that ranges from microbiome and metabolome to computational biology and development on non-invasive clinical methods. This research has led to an important number of global “firsts”, including a paradigm shift in our knowledge of infant skin maturation and understanding the mechanisms of cutaneous adverse reactions during oncology therapy. Dr. Stamatas holds a PhD in Chemical/Biomedical Engineering and has co-authored more than 100 peer-review publications and 14 patents.
